As I sit here browsing the internet and watching Star Wars Episode II on the telly, instead of doing homework, I had something I really wanted to say.

I am finally half-way through Mother 3.

Best of 2008

This is a bit late, but I am going to roll with it.  Obviously, its about the best of 2008.

I decided to use the “Polls” option that WordPress offers for use.  It has been there for a long while, and I had questioned it, but never fooled with it.  I finally decided to give it a whirl and it ended up being ok, so I am using it here.

This is going to be short and sweet.  I have a few polls here, and it would be nice if everyone voted, but that probably won’t happen, so whatever.

California Waiting

I rarely ever find quality Alternative/Rock/Pop bands these days.  That’s mainly because just about all of todays music is garbage, along with every rap song.  Which is why I have been steered toward just listening to the great classic rock songs and most hard rock songs for so long.  There are very little “soft” rock bands that I will listen to.  You have your Collective Soul, Blue October,  Weezer, The Killers are pretty good, the Toadies, plus very few others.  There is just so few good bands that are out there in the “soft” rock part of town.  Most of it is full with Fall Out Boy garbage ( I hate Fall Out Boy with a passion) and other bands that are replicas of them.  Like I said, there is a shortage of quality bands out there. I am glad to say, I can add a new band to my list.

First Impressions

My posts have been slacking, STILL.  But, I am fine with that.  I realize that not many people even read this crap, so I could care less about it sometimes.  I will continue posting though, mainly because it is something to do when I am bored with nothing else to do.  It also helps me get stuff off of my mind, so it will continue.

Get Sick And Be Healthy

I’ve been lazy.

It has been awhile since my last entry, but, of course, I have excuses.  I took a Christmas break, then I took another break and went on vacation to the Smokies, next I took a rest after my long vacation, and finally I started back with school and work, which means I had crap to do.  I am making a post now, so be happy.  I do plan to start back up with some posts every now and then, but it won’t be an everyday thing.  I do have class during the day and work at night, so I have very little free time.

Drive-Thru Madness

One word.

Stupidity.

When people possess this quality, or fall in this category with others, it annoys me, or I could say it pisses me off. I could be the happiest I have ever been, but as soon as someone else stupidity comes in to factor, my happiness crumbles. Most of the time, their stupidity doesn’t even have to effect me, but it will still annoy me. They could be off in their own little world of stupidity, not bothering me at all, but it will still annoy the crap out of me. Just knowing that some most people are generally stupid annoys me.

The Pres-Plate

I have something to say today. It had been brewing in my mind for the last few days or so. Since I saw the commercial. You may have seen this piece of crap commercial, it was the one advertising the collectible plate with President-Elect Barack Obama on it. After seeing this garbage once or twice I began to think how retarded the commercial was and I also began to notice things about it.

If you haven’t seen the commercial in question, go to the site below and it should be playing on the top right of the page. Watch it and see if you think the same things I thought about it. I also noticed that video isn’t the same as the commercial on the TV, but you get the picture.

Just Plain Excitement

I realize today that I have been neglecting the blog for a little while. I have reasons for this though. With finals and other school crap to deal with and work, I haven’t really had the time worry with it. I have also been busy trying to find a better job, which has been occupying my time as well. To elaborate on that for a second, I have had a few interviews at some places at the local mall and I have probably applied everywhere under the sun. I’m still hoping for some way to get out of my crap job that I have right now.

Anyways, I will get right to the real reason for this blog.

Greatness has returned to the television screen.
